Dear

The Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, in collaboration with McMaster University, is currently seeking research participants for a study involving wheelchair mobility in people living with spinal cord injury. This study hopes to enforce the importance of wheelchair skills and how these skills can help to positively influence a person’s level of physical activity and community participation.

Would it be possible to circulate this information to people who might be interested in participating?

What participants will do:
1) Engage in a wheelchair skills test (with trained supervision)
2) Complete some questionnaires
3) Have an activity monitor for 7 days

Participants will be reimbursed $25.00.
For further information, please do not hesitate to contact our project coordinator:

Thank-you very much for your time.
Sincerely,
